About

I began my life in music at age 13, learning to play on a $15 Montgomery Ward Airline guitar my parents bought me. (Wish I still had it). I began playing and singing professionally in my 20’s and did so for 11 years before quitting to enter the “real world” work force in the banking industry. After 18 years of focusing on my work and not playing outside of my house, I got back into it by playing with a new group of friends and musicians I met at John Harbison’s Open Mic at the Outta’ the Way Cafe’. This eventually evolved into where I am now, playing a few times a month with an occasional  band gig or as a solo or duo performer and hosting several Open Mics around town.
